The always seven-world Formula 1 world champion was ennobled at the Windsor castle yesterday by the Prince of Wales (see photo above).

His team Mercedes AMG F1 was satisfied with a single hot reaction on his Twitter account by simply saying "there is no word" (see the image below) and had announced his intention to interviewappeal to the decision of the sports commissioners, who had validated the classification.

The wrath of the German manufacturer was illustrated Wednesday when the photo session in the prelude to the FIA award ceremony this evening in Paris was held without the two sacred world champions in their respective category, in Formula 1 and in Formula E.

The main team Toto Wolff and its pilot will also boy the ceremony (Mercedes will however be represented by its technical director James Allison) to express their disapproval of the events of the Grand Prix of Abu Dhabi.

But Hamilton would nevertheless have exerted a certain pressure on the leaders of Mercedes to give up to appeal insofar as he did not want to win the title on the green carpet in the controversy: a gesture borrowed from an indisputable nobility ...
