L’installation est impressionnante dans le frigo XXL de la plateforme logistiqued’ITM LAI, filiale logistique d’Intermarché, àNeulliac, près dePontivy(Morbihan) : tout estmécaniséet prend entièrement tout l’espace dans ce large entrepôt.The gigantic logistics platform, built in 2018 in the Pont-Saint-Caradec activity area, completed its installation recently ago.

46 million packages per year on the platform

Lapartie frais, située sur l’ancien site voisin de Saint-Gérand (le site, loué par ITM LAI au groupe Intermarché, va être revendu pour un projet de revitalisation), a emménagé en novembre 2021 sur le site neulliacois ; il y a un an, c’était la partiegelqui s’y installait avec lesec, déjà là depuis le début ; la partiefruits et légumesest la dernière arrivée, il y a une dizaine de jours.

Les chiffres donnent un peu le tournis :70 000 m2de superficie pour la plateforme, sur 25 ha de terrains (entretenus par écopâturage), 46 millions de colis préparés par an (soit 150 000 chaque jour en moyenne), pour livrer 107 Intermarché et 30 Netto dans le Morbihan, leFinistèreet lesCôtes-d’Armor(200 départs de camions par jour).

And for the fresh part, with its mechanized control XXL version sorter, this represents 22 million packages per year, in tense flows (with 12,000 references).

60 tenure in 2022 and 100 seasonal hits

Since 2018, 160 hires have been made for the ITM Lai platform in Neulliac.In total, there are 480 employees including 320 on permanent contracts (including 100 for the mechanized fresh part) and the rest on fixed -term and temporary workers.

ITM Lai is still recruiting, for the season and faced with the emergence of new professions related to the modernization of the Neulliac site.

We have very advanced professions on their time.The profiles we recruit are very different from barely four years ago.These are no longer the old -fashioned logistics professions, our activities no longer work in the same way.The mechanization of the fresh part is very clearly for reasons of arduousness.We have a real variety of trades and new ones as in industrial maintenance.

Objectives displayed: 60 tenure scheduled for 2022 and 100 recruitments scheduled between January and May 2022 for the season.All supervised by an employee tutor for several days, or even for several weeks.

A job dating with visit to the platform

Hence this job dating (upon registration) organized on Saturday February 5, 2022.Directly on site, to the logistics platform in Neulliac."We want the candidates to make their business selection, of posts by visiting the platform, for an hour, the day of the job dating," said Sophie Rotter.

All profiles are sought: job seekers, students, people wanting to convert ... on car heavers (CACES 5) and order preparers (CACES 1A/1B or without caces).

For students, it is a way to have seasonal work, which they can keep on weekends and during the short holidays throughout the year.For seasonal workers, this can be a gateway for a future tenure: we had a lot of catering profiles during the first confinement in 2020, some returned to their job after, others stayed with us and haveSo changed jobs.We also recruit on the other trades of the platform: out of 70,000 m2, we can offer everything, with the schedule that best corresponds to employees.
