Ottawa police said on Twitter that a call for a display flight with a "possible weapon" had forced an intervention.

But she then erased this message in the confusion, before indicating that a person had been arrested and that the investigation continued, without further details.

The curtain center reopened Tuesday after three weeks of closure.Management, Cadillac Fairview, had made the decision to close the doors on January 29 to protect the staff because the shopping center was taken by storm by the demonstrators.

Traumatized residents

Police authorities are still on the alert, because besiegers always promise to come back to settle in the federal capital.And after three weeks of siege, residents are particularly on the edge.
